Items We Carry

Some examples of what we will carry are listed below.  By no means is this a comprehensive list, but an indication of items we can carry.

For motorcycle deliveries, all items must fit into the lockable luggage compartment.  It is very important that you check these dimensions against your parcel as we cannot offer a refund should we discover the parcel will not fit on arrival of pick up.  Your parcel must also weigh less than 9kg.

Dimensions of Luggage Compartment – 45cm long x 30cm wide x 25cm deep
Dimensions of cooler box compartment – 30cm long x 20cm wide and 13cm high
Maximum weight – 9kg

All parcels larger than these dimensions above will be delivered by van.

For van deliveries, please check the dimensions below – 

140cm long x 120cm wide x 105cm high.

Maximum weight that can be carried is 600kg.

The van can carry a standard Australian pallet of 116.5cm x 116.5cm

For any palletised goods, they must be either shrink wrapped or securely tied down to the pallet.

Examples of what we deliver – 

Parcels will be signed for on pick up and delivery.

For all parcel deliveries, we use a high-security, tamper-proof, non-transparent satchel for your security and peace of mind.

Items we will not carry are – Illegal, flammable, living, or dangerous goods
